Average turn-time 3-5 working days.

Gold In-Field Service:

1st echelon service, quick check of antenna system, power supply and or vehicle at your location. In-shop repair to board or component level. Depot support at no additional charge.

Same day/next business day response.

Platinum After Hours In-Field Service:

1st echelon service quick check of antenna system, power supply and or vehicle at your location. In-shop repair to board or component level. Depot support at no additional charge. 4 hour maximum response.

On-call field technician 24 hrs, 7 days per week.

Flat Rates:

Board or component level repair service provided at a flat rate. All parts and labor including shipping and handling.

90 day depot warranty.

Time and Material:

Board or component level repair service provided at current prevailing time and material rates.

30 day in shop warranty.
